How do I register for a course?

Browse the course catalogue on the homepage, open the course you are interested in and click "Register Now". You will complete five short steps: your personal information, your education background, the course selection (pre-filled), the list of topics you will study, and payment. If you do not have an account yet, one is created for you during registration.

Which payment methods are supported?

We support MTN Mobile Money (online payment with your MoMo wallet) and cash payment. For cash payments, you upload a payment proof (receipt) which our team verifies before your enrolment is activated.

Why can I not mark a topic as complete?

Each topic has a minimum study time. The "Mark as Read" button unlocks once you have spent the required time on the topic's subtopics — a countdown shows the remaining time. Keep the page open while studying; your time is tracked automatically.

How do I unlock the final exam?

Complete and mark as read every subtopic of every topic in the course. The exam unlocks automatically once all topics are complete, and we send you a confirmation email.

What happens if I fail the exam?

You may retake the exam while attempts remain (the number of allowed attempts is shown on the exam page). If you exhaust all attempts, you can purchase a re-sit — where available — which resets your learning progress so you can revise and try again.

How do I get my certificate?

After passing the exam, download your certificate from the Results page or from "My Courses". If the course has a certificate fee, pay it first (online via MoMo or cash). Certificates can be verified by anyone at the public verification page using the certificate number or verification code.

How much time do I have to complete a course?

Courses are fully self-paced — study whenever it suits you. After you have finished all attempts of the final exam, your content access continues for a limited grace period (30 days) so you can download your documents.
